Nelson Lage

Chairman of the Board of Directors Adene

BIO

Nelson Lage has a degree in Political Science - International Relations and an Executive Master in
Management and Leadership Development (Catholic University, Lisbon School of Business &
Economics).

He has 15 years of experience in the public sector in the areas of energy, innovation and
international institutions. He was an Advisor to several Portuguese governments and recently held positions as
Deputy and Chief of Staff of the Secretary of State for Energy.

Since July 2020 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADENE – Agência para a
Energia and Chairman of the Board of Directors of OLMC – Operator of Logistics for Change
of Trader and between February 2022-2023, President of EnR - the European Network of
Energy Agencies.
