BIO
Francisco is the Head of Engineering & Operations at WavEC, bringing a decade of experience in the offshore renewable energy sector. Holding a MSc in Mechanical Engineering, and an Executive Master in Sustainable Energy Systems, Francisco’s work has been mostly focussed on pre-feasibility (pre-FEED) studies for bottom-fixed and floating wind projects. His expertise includes O&M modelling, T&I planning, port and offshore logistic studies, metocean studies, having experience in the scale-model testing of different marine energy prototypes in dry-lab, wave tank, and on-site. As a project manager, Francisco has led several projects and studies on the topic of offshore O&M and involving large consortia.
