Carlos Oliveira is the President of the Board of Directors and CEO of LBC (trademark of Leadership Business Consulting) with more than 25 years of professional experience in management consulting.
Born in Mozambique, graduated at Wits University and worked at the Development Bank of Southern Africa. He also has a MBA by Nova University of Lisbon.
He was a Member of Parliament in Portugal and also the National Coordinator for Information Society at the Prime Minister’s Office in Portugal. He travels extensively to Silicon Valley and leads the Global Strategic Innovation – Executive Program that takes entrepreneurs and executives on immersion programmes to Silicon Valley.
Carlos has participated in more than 200 consulting projects (in South Africa, Angola, Mozambique, Spain, Portugal and United States of America), has participated in European Union policy bodies and has a vast experience in entrepreneurship and innovation, procurement and e-government.
