Eduardo Bicacro is a Partner at BCG, joining the firm in 2012. Being based in Lisbon, he has also spent time working in Portuguese speaking sub-Saharan countries Angola and Mozambique, as well as across Europe.
His experience at BCG covers a wide range of industries and functional topics, with an emphasis in People and Org. topics. In particular, he is passionate about the change that the Agile mindset can bring about, especially for large organizations.
He has been helping companies across industries in reimagining their technology delivery functions, re-shaping their organizations and tackling their most important talent shortages.
Eduardo Bicacro has a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, with a thesis in Machine Learning, where he graduated top of his class. While at BCG, he obtained an MBA degree at INSEAD with distinction, spending time both in Singapore and in France.
