BIO

Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a Post-Graduation in Sustainable Energy Systems, with about 15 years of experience in the Energy sector in Portugal. Started the professional career at EFACEC Engenharia, spent 8 years in the General Directorate of Energy and Geology, with responsibility for energy planning and security of supply, followed by 1 year at ADENE as Coordinator of the Energy Observatory. In the last 4 years, Advisor to the Secretary of State for Energy and Secretary of State for Energy and Environment, responsible for matters related to Energy Policy and Energy Planning which included, among many others, the coordination of the National Energy and Climate Plan 2030 and the coordination of the National Strategy for Hydrogen.
