Martyn is a trusted advisor for organizations as they navigate uncertainty and disruption to find new opportunities and embrace transformation. He is Managing Director at Link Advisory, a strategic advisory service that helps organisations design and implement strategies for energy transition, climate adaptation, and organizational resilience. Martyn has a proven track record of delivering strategic impact and value across multiple sectors and geographies. He was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at Wood Plc, where he established and led the corporate strategy function for 11 years, advising the board and CEO on strategic planning, M&A, growth investments, scenario planning, and organizational design. He spearheaded the global energy transition mega-trend and led the company's pivot towards low-carbon solutions and technologies. Martyn has two science degrees and is currently undertaking an executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School. Martyn is passionate about enabling organizations to thrive in a changing world and is a sought-after speaker and moderator.
