Miguel joined Greenvolt in July 2022 to work with the CEO and lead the company’s efforts raising finance in structured transactions, equity or debt. Greenvolt is an energy company listed in the Lisbon Stock Exchange and operating in three different segments: biomass, wind & solar utility-scale, and distributed generation.
Prior to his current role, Miguel spent 16 years at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, the last 2 years leading the European High-Yield and Project Bonds Debt Capital Markets team. At Santander, Miguel led the Origination and Structuring efforts across western Europe and had a regular dialogue with the key global investors, namely European, North American and Asian accounts.
Miguel graduated from Nova School of Business and Economics and holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School.
